Rearrangements and Cancellations
We understand that life often gets in the way so please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, this can be done through the booking system or simply contact us and we can help you out.
Late Appointment Policy
Appointments are often conducted in a back to back fashion so late arrivals can throw off the whole day, having a knock on effect to remaining customers.
If you are aware that you are running late, please let us know so that we can be prepared for you. However, any late arrivals will unfortunately be subject to a shorter treatment (that being the remainder of your time slot) so as to not affect the rest of the day.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible for any re-arrangements or cancellations. Any closer than 24 hours prevents us from potentially filling your appointment.
Any cancellations within this 24 hour period will incur a 50% charge.

No Show Policy
Reminder emails are sent a week prior and 24 hours prior to your appointment so as to give you as much notice of your upcoming appointment.
Any missed appointments will be subject to the full cost of your session and pre-payment of any appointment booked thereafter.
